Gerald and I were to meet up with Sid to ski Zoa Pk, but the forecast wasn't great. Instead, Gerald and I headed up to the back side of Big White. Easy sheer at about 85cm so we didn't venture into the bowls, but had some good early season turns in the trees off of east peak. Didn't find the champagne pow that MJ is always mouthing off about, but snow conditions were still quite good away from the wind blasted areas.
